D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E)

D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, also known as vitamin E, strengthens the tissue, is part of the protein metabolism, supports fat loss and promotes muscle growth. By binding aggressive oxygen compounds, vitamin E is believed to be useful, among other things in slowing down skin aging and preventing illness. Vitamin E, together with other vitamins and minerals, plays a fundamental role in cell metabolism, especially in cell division. Because of its antioxidant effect, it is also referred to as free radical catcher. In addition, vitamin E is needed for a healthy muscle function, for the body’s-own functioning defence system as well as for the sufficient supply of energy in the cells.
