Green coffee bean extract
Green coffee bean extract, also known for its main ingredient chlorogenic acid, is said to have healing and weight-reducing properties. Chlorogenic acid is a polyphenol and has antioxidant properties. This active ingredient is said to be particularly important for weight loss. Chlorogenic acid in green coffee has a share of 45 to 70%. It reduces the absorption of glucose in the blood. As a result, the blood sugar level hardly rises and fat is not regenerated. Because of its effect, green coffee is even more suitable than roasted coffee and still wakes you up through the caffeine (also called teein) and promotes concentration. Trigonellin, also an alkaloid, also occurs in small amounts. This alkaloid helps the body make vitamin B3. It is also involved in many diverse metabolic processes. One example is the production of fatty acids. Green coffee has 18 different amino acids, which store important substances in the body and control many metabolic processes. Green coffee can make you feel less hungry and reduce the lust for something sweet. Because it lowers the blood sugar level, green coffee ensures that there is no binge eating or unnecessary hunger.
