BODY´S PERFECT GmbH offers food supplements and products to support weight loss in the online shop of the website (www.bodysperfect.com).

 

  1. Prices

The prices for the respective items are listed in the web shop. All prices stated by BODY´S PERFECT GmbH include Austrian sales tax.

 

  1. Shipping

Shipping costs apply if the goods in question are not indicates as free of shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown separately on offers, in the shopping cart system and on the order overview.

 

  1. Terms of payment

Unless otherwise stated, the goods must be paid for in advance. In the event of a delay in payment, the customer undertakes to compensate BODY´S PERFECT GmbH for dunning and collection expenses insofar as they are necessary for the appropriate legal prosecution. In any case, this includes a lump sum of EUR 40 as compensation for debt enforcement costs in accordance with § 458 UGB. The assertion of further rights and claims remains unaffected.

 

  1. Delivery and service conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, BODY´S PERFECT GmbH will dispatch the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. BODY´S PERFECT GmbH is entitled to exceed the agreed dates and delivery times by up to one week. Only after this period has expired does the customer have the right to withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period. All goods are delivered by BODY´S PERFECT GmbH under retention of title and remain its property until full payment has been made.

 

  1. Right of withdrawal according to § 11 ff FAGG

The information on the conditions of the right of withdrawal of the consumer (customer), the deadlines and the exertion are listed under the link "Revocation & Exchange", the pre-filled revocation form can also be found under this link.

 

  1. Exercise the right of withdrawal according to § 11 FAGG

The consumer (customer) can exercise the right of withdrawal using the revocation form available under the link "Revocation & Exchange". If the form is sent electronically, confirmation of receipt of the revocation will be sent by email.

 

  1. Exception from the right of withdrawal according to § 18 FAGG

The goods sold by BODY´S PERFECT GmbH are delivered sealed. For reasons of health protection and hygiene reasons, they are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed after delivery. After the seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Section 18 (1), no. 5 FAGG.

 

  1. Warranty

In the event that BODY´S PERFECT GmbH provides a defective service, the customer has the right to make warranty claims within the framework of the statutory warranty provisions.

 

  • Final provisions

The information contained in this information sheet is an integral part of the contractual relationship for the purchase of goods on the BODY´S PERFECT GmbH website. Changes are only effective if they have been agreed to in writing by the contracting parties.
