WEIGHT LOSS SHAKE

To prepare a meal, add 50g of powder (2 scoops), 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil * and 300 ml of low-fat milk to a shaker or blender and mix thoroughly.

* Vegetable oil with high level of unsaturated fatty acids.

For better saturation, the amount of powder can be adjusted (As a part of a meal replacement).
