Information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the WEBSHOP General Terms and Conditions of BODY´S PERFECT GmbH

  1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
  • In the case of a contract for several goods that are ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the cancellation form template, which is not mandatory.

You can also retrieve, fill in and submit the withdrawal form template or another clear statement on our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the revocation (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

  1. Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, BODY´S PERFECT GmbH has to repay all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than BODY´S PERFECT GmbH chosen standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which BODY´S PERFECT GmbH received notification that you had withdrawn from this contract. For this repayment, BODY´S PERFECT GmbH uses the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

BODY´S PERFECT GmbH can refuse repayment until the goods are sent back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You have to send the goods back to BODY´S PERFECT GmbH immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform BODY´S PERFECT GmbH of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

  1. Exclusion of revocation

A withdrawal of the customer is excluded in accordance with § 18 paragraph 1, number 5 of the Distance and Foreign Trade Act for reasons of health protection and hygiene reasons in any case if the seal of the goods was removed after delivery.
